If you've spent any time of the roads you've probably encountered some strange things.  From drivers eating cereal to applying makeup and shaving, the multitasking behind the wheel does have its limits.  Allen R. Johnson was a truck driver was traveling on Interstate 89 in Vermont earlier this month when his tractor trailer veered off the road and rolled over.  State police and fire rescue arrived at the scene and found Allen was not seriously injured.  As law enforcement tried to piece together what happened, it all made sense when Allen admitted to setting his truck's cruise control at 63, stood up and started to change his pants. OF course that doesn't make much sense, but when your blood alcohol content was over double the legal limit, that bad decision seemed good at the time.  Johnson was charged with driving under the influence while operating a commercial motor vehicle and negligent operation.
