This Is What Science Says Is The Key To A Good Night's Sleep

You toss, you turn!  You even get out of bed and read.  There are dozens of ways you try to get a good night's sleep but it now appears science has gotten to the bottom of getting a solid night's sleep. The secret is having something worth getting out of bed for the next day. A study published in the journal Sleep, Science and Practice found that having a purpose in life results in less disturbances during the night and improved quality of sleep. Of the 823 studied, those who felt that their lives had meaning were 63% less likely to have sleep apnea. The researchers now want to see if mindfulness-based therapies to improve purpose can also improve sleep quality.
