Nothing can compare to a bad night's sleep.  You tried opening a window, changing your sheets and even plopping down a bunch of cash for a new mattress but you still find yourself groggy in the morning.  Perhaps your blanket can help.  Specifically a fairly heavy blanket that weighs about 10% of your total weight.  Startup company, Gravity, is taking the theory of deep touch stimulation to give you a good night's sleep.  Similar to swaddling for infants adding pressure to your body increases serotonin and melatonin levels and decreases cortisol levels—improving your mood and promoting restful sleep at the same time. The practice has been around for decades but never really embraced by the general community. The company offers 5, 20 and 25 pound blankets so that yours is approximately 10% of your weight. Blankets cost from $169 to $209 and will be available by the fall.
