One of the more stressful tasks in seeking out a new job is updating your resume.  Finding the right keywords, important tasks of your work experience and even the font can be a whirlwind of headaches and frustration.  Two developers from Google have just made updating it much easier thanks to their new company, Leap.  Simply upload your resume to the Leap web site and it will begin to make suggestions (via highlighted boxes) on where to snip text, where to emphasize specific skills, and roughly 100 other ways to create a resume that stands out from the pile. Even better is the web site offers to distribute your resume to employers who are looking for the skills and traits specific to you! They'll even elaborate on why it's a good fit for the position. Although the service is new, Leap says it's had a 70% success rate landing its users an interview.
