The University of Central Florida might be taking a page from some of the resort hotels that cover Orlando.  The school has plans for a resort-style attraction for students in the Athletics Village area that will include a lazy river, as well as a separate pool, a mini-golf course, a cabana area, a beach volleyball sand court, and more. The $25 million athletic facilities overhaul will be funded by private donations and includes improvements to the baseball & basketball stadiums, track and field areas, student nutrition and football operations building.  UCF, which boasts the largest student enrollment in the country, will join other Universities in resort-style amenities such as the Texas Tech University, The University of Akron, the University of Missouri's Tiger Grotto lazy river and currently being constructed LSU lazy river that will spell LSU.  The UCF project should begin at the conclusion of this year's baseball season with completion within a year.
