Try These Exercises To Boost Your Self Confidence

A little confidence can do a long way but some days, that sense of self-assurance feels difficult to come by. While there are many physical benefits to exercising, it goes beyond the endorphin release when you work out.  Some personal trainers offer some specific exercises to do that will build your self-confidence. For instance, if you have a big presentation at work, try some strength training beforehand. A strength training workout that has you lifting dumbbells, barbells, or kettlebells will have you feeling powerful and strong like the boss you are. But it's not just the fact that lifting weights makes you feel strong and powerful in the moment. Seeing your progress in strength training is incredibly rewarding and makes for a great confidence boost. Date night?  Do some cardio first. A cycling class or a nice long run, to "get your blood pumping" and get yourself "feeling foxy." Finally, some yoga will give you self-confidence every day. Yoga is deceptively challenging and the fact that you can complete that challenge will get you ready to take on the world.
