Even though we just wrapped up Halloween and we don't mean to get you off in a panic, but there is less than three weeks until Thanksgiving.  However there is no need to panic as we go over some items you should be doing now to keep the stress levels low. First, finalize your guest list and get firm confirmations from invited guests.  Double check with your guest about any food allergy or diet restrictions (diary, gluten). Also confirm which dishes they're bringing, if any. Figure out your menu.  Generally it involves turkey, stuffing, potatoes, a casserole, bread, cranberry sauce and a couple of dessert choices.  Now it time to work on your cooking game plan on how much stove and oven space you will need.  Remember that many dishes can be cooked in a slow cooker or an Instant Pot. You also need to make sure you have enough serving dishes, plates, flatware, glasses, napkins, and place mats.  You have a couple of weeks to finalize these details to ensure you are not freaking out Thanksgiving day an d actually enjoy the holiday with friends and loved ones!
