Oh, we’re not done with the Unicorn Frappaccino! A Brooklyn coffee shop, The End, says that Starbucks Unicorn Frappuccino was a rip-off of their Unicorn Latte. The lawsuit points out the similarities between the two drinks, including that they are both pink and blue and that they both don't contain any coffee. The End introduced the drink last December and said they filed paperwork for ownership of the name the next month. However, Starbucks denies they copied The End's drink, saying they were inspired to create the Unicorn Frappuccino between the unicorn trend on social media.
