Sleeping Late May Be Bad For You

June 9, 2017

A new study by the Sleep and Health Research Program reveals that sleeping in on the weekends may not be good for you. 85% of people who sleep late on the weekends are often in a bad mood and suffer from chronic fatigue. Researcher Sierra Forbush tells Eurekalert, " These results indicate that sleep regularity, beyond sleep duration alone, plays a significant role in our health. This suggests that a regular sleep schedule may be an effective, relatively simple, and inexpensive preventative treatment for heart disease as well as many other health problems."
