Nothing can put a damper on your lunch faster than a soggy sandwich.  So here's is how you can prevent those PB & J's and ham and cheese sandwiches from going uneaten in your kid's lunchbox, make them with frozen bread. As odd as it may sound, bread begins to get soggy when the starch molecules began to absorb moisture. Frozen bread slows the molecules from taking in water and therefore keeps your sandwich fresh a bit longer.  The key is to keep it simple, frozen bread won't keep tuna or chicken salad bread from becoming soggy but works for most other kinds of meat and spreads.  Keep your bread frozen until you assemble it and wrap it in plastic wrap rather than a bag to keep as much moisture out as possible.
