Find yourself stressed out when you take a moment to relax?  Perhaps it's because you are not taking a scheduled time to relax.  A results of a recent study found that people who plan scheduled times to relax felt better and more revived than those who just took a break at random.  In other words, if you know that a planned relaxation time is coming up, you anticipate it and therefore are able to enjoy the experience more than if you just decided on a break spur of the moment. And those relaxation appointments should be scheduled throughout your day.  The study found that regular switching between work and play indeed makes you more productive by resetting your creative juices.
