Quick Way To Fix iPhone Autocorrect i to a Blunder

It's not you, it's your iPhone and a glitch in the latest software update that autocorrects the letter i to an A.  While Apple plans to fix the problem in a future software update that doesn't help you today.  But we have a workaround that will save your frustration. It's the text replacement feature and you access it by going to your settings icon, followed by General, then Keyboard, then Text Replacement.  Press the plus [+] button and you'll see text fields for "phrase" and "shortcut.  In the "phrase" field, type an upper-case I and in the "shortcut" field, type a lower-case i.  Finally press "save" in the upper right corner.  After you’re done, when you type an i your device will once again autocorrect it to I.
