Ordering Takeout Can Boost Your Brain Power

It's been one of those days and the last thing you want to do is prepare dinner.  But you know ordering in can mean your sacrificing healthy choices for convenience, until now.  You can get some good benefits for boosting your brain power.  Scientist at Boston University took a look at the eating habits of nearly 1,400 adults for 10 years and they found that common take out foods such as pizza Chinese do have a silver lining. Choline, a nutrient that boost memory and is found in egg-based foods such as egg-fried rice and Fiorentina pizza. Speaking of pizza, toppings of your pie like olives, anchovies and capers, which are also good boosting your mental state. Ordering falafel, which is made from chickpeas, could also be good for the brain as chickpeas contain high levels of magnesium, a compound associated with improved sleep and brain processing. Of course the dark side of takeout are higher levels of salt but more and more companies are looking at ways to reduce sodium.  SO in short, an occasional take out can have its benefits as long as it's every once in a while.
