Airbnb allowed homeowners to make some extra cash by renting out their homes to guests.  31-year old Andrew Koretz thinks the same can be done for home garages. The entrepreneur has launched, "Garage Time," which apparently allows anyone to rent out unused garage space to people who just need space to work on their vehicles!  Andrew says he got the idea when he was working on his sports car while living in an apartment.  Since there was no place for him to work on car maintenance, he asked his friend with a garage if he could use it to perform car service.  He would pay his friends some cash to “reduce the friction.” Garage Time just began two weeks ago online and it aims to allow people to rent out their garages (or even just a slab of concrete) at whatever rate they want to folks who just need a place to work on cars, motorcycles or other "garage" projects for a few hours or a few days. There’s no time limit. The company makes money by taking 10 percent of what the renter pays to the garage owner.
