Need Some Diet Willpower Help? Eat Some Walnuts

Lack the will power to stick to your diet?  Toss in some walnuts which food cravings and promote a feeling of fullness, new research suggests. Apparently walnuts boost brain activity in the region associated with control and discipline as participants MRIs showed.  Walnuts were also credited with feeling less hungry.  Scientists aren't sure why this happens but being a natural weight loss booster can have its benefits. So mix in some walnuts with your almonds, which boost your good cholesterol levels and kicks out the bad.  Just remember with to enjoy walnuts and almonds in moderation.
