The Most Underrated Exercise Program You Should Take Up

Seems there's an exercise program released every week and each one is better than the rest.  But consider what experts say is the most underrated exercise program of all, walking.  As simple as it sounds, walking has impressive mental and physical benefits. Walking improves fitness, cardiac health, alleviates depression and fatigue, improves mood, creates less stress on joints and reduces pain, can prevent weight gain, reduce risk for cancer and chronic disease, improve endurance, circulation, and posture, and so much more! According to one Stanford University study, walking increases creative output by an average of 60%. So as mundane as it sounds, walking may not be flashy as that latest fitness program but it can work just as well ni living a healthier lifestyle.
