Monkey Flees Walmart Parking Lot

August 17, 2016

Well here's something you don't see every day.  Last Sunday night at a Super Walmart parking lot in Lancaster, Ohio, where a camper had pulled into a parking spot.  Inside the camper was a monkey who though it would be fun to get out and stretch its legs (and presumably its arms and tail too) and somehow escaped the camper.  Collecting shopping carts was a Walmart employee who heard the monkey's owner's screams to stop the money.  That's when things got interesting.  The employee was able to catch the monkey's leash but that only made the monkey mad and it began to attack the employee.  Just then, the owner caught up to the two and took the money by its hand and returned it to the camper.  The employee nor the monkey were hurt.
