Make Wine In Your Instant Pot

March 2, 2018

Instant Pot has created a cult following of foodies who affectionately call themselves Pot Heads.  The all-in-one electric pressure/slow cooker means there are nearly limitless recipes including one to make your own wine! David Murphy has created a recipe to make red wine using a 6 quart Instant Pot, a bottle of grape juice, sugar, wine yeast and some patience.  The process takes 48 hours, followed by bottling and storing the solution in a dark, cool place for at least eight days. What you get is a wine that tastes a bit like a Merlot with hints of dark cherries and raw chocolate.  David admits his homemade wine is a good table wine at best but he is hoping other tweak his recipe to improve it.  GET THE INSTANT POT WINE RECIPE BY CLICKING HERE.
