Can't seem to get a good night's sleep?  Perhaps you should pitch a tent in the back yard and camp in the great outdoors.  It comes down to our technology and something we've discussed before.  The constant light of your TV, computer and phone at night confuse our body and that can lead to sleepiness nights and exhausting days.  The idea of sleeping outdoors echoes a previous report where researchers found that week-long summer jaunts into nature could move internal clocks a whole four hours earlier. In other words, someone who started the week with a body that thought of 11 p.m. as bedtime would be snoozing by 7 p.m. after seven nights under the stars.
