Is It Time To Say Bye-Bye To Bed, Bath and Beyond Coupons?

The days of those Bed, Bath and Beyond coupons may be coming to an end. Hinted last month, the company that got us into their store with a barrage of 20% off coupons delivered almost weekly in the mail, say its strategy has actually backfired for the company, which has seen shrinking profits for quite some time.  The reason?  Bed, Bath and Beyond honors those coupons, even if they’re expired, have found that customers are refusing to buy anything without a coupon.  So the company is testing a new program called Beyond+ (plus), which will still let you use a 20% off coupon but also charge you an annual fee of $29.  It could be signaling an end to the free coupons or at least get more customers to start shopping without coupons and give avid coupon-aholics their discounts. Time will tell if this works.
