Interactive Web Site Calculates Your Risk Of Developing Melanoma

The most common cancer in the United States is skin cancer, which roughly 9,500 new cases are diagnosed each day!  That may sound like bad news but like all cancers, if skin cancer is caught early enough, the survival rate increases.  Thanks to some scientists, the early detection rates by increase even more.  They're created a 14 question online (an anonymous) survey that calculates your risk of the most deadly form of skin cancer, Melanoma. The Melanoma Risk Predictor is designed to provide an estimation of a person's risk of developing melanoma over the next 3.5 years is calculated from the 14 questions you answer that are referenced with known cases of tracked.  The conclusion of the survey you will be placed in one of five categories that range from very low risk to extremely high.  It is free and you should discuss the results of this online survey with your doctor.
