AAA is reporting that a lot of Americans will be traveling this week to celebrate Thanksgiving.  You'll be relieved to know that is you are traveling by airplane, you may bring your turduckicken (turkey, duck, and chicken) as a carry on item, as long as it is packed in dry ice or the regular ice hasn't melted before going through airport security. However you will need to check the gravy.  The Transportation Security Administration is using Thanksgiving to remind travelers of its 3-1-1 rules for liquids, gels and aerosols (3.4 oz in 1 quart-sized baggie for 1 passenger), so unless you want to pack all that gravy in 3.4 ounce bottles, have it checked.  As for other Thanksgiving foods like cakes, pies, bread, donuts, fruits, and vegetables?  They're ok for travel but you may want to double check with your airline as foods may be restricted by their own policies.
