It happens to the best of us. You send an email or post a comment online to discover it is riddled with grammatical and spelling errors. Although spell check catches many errors, it isn't so good with punctuation and contest (meaning to type food and you end up typing well, spell check won't catch the mistake).  Lucky for us we have a 21st century with our very own grammar teacher online. Grammarly is a web and desktop app that not only checks the spelling on your documents and emails, it checks how the words are being sued.  So after typing a memo, copy the text and paste it into the Grammarly app on your desktop or web browser and within seconds it scans and highlights your grammar mistakes.  You can even add it to Outlook so it automatically scans your emails. Click on the underlined errors and a pop up window gives you suggestions on what went wrong.  The app extension is free and available for macs too.
