Most people understand the need to drink plenty of water a day for dozens of reasons.  The problem for many is they simply forget to drink.  Fortunately there are a lot of foods that can aid in you reaching your water intake goal.  For instance, plain yogurt is made up of 85%-88% water and if the cultures are live, provide pro-biotics. Radishes have even more water, up to 95% of a radish is water and has great antibacterial properties that help heal dry, cracked skin and prevent infection. Leafy greens like spinach, iceberg lettuce, kale, and broccoli are made up of over 90% water, low in calories and provide that al important fiber. Garbanzo beans, or chickpeas are packed with H2O, with once cup equaling a half of cup of water. Even potatoes have filled with water but stick with red-skinned versions as they generally have higher water content.
