Dropping This Word From Your Vocabulary May Reduce Stress

Life is stressful.  From work to home, from sun up to sundown our world is full of stress and equally challenging is to find ways to reduce stress in our lives. But one clinical psychotherapist says that all you need to do to relieve stress is to omit the word from your vocabulary. Just saying that you're stressed can set off a cascade of chemicals in the body and neurotransmitters in the brain that make us feel completely stressed out! Of course it isn't that simple, it's how you approach stressful, er, difficult situations. Simply shifting your words and thought patterns away from the dreaded "s" word might be enough for you to relax, if only for a moment.
