This Cooking Oil May Be The Key In Reducing Chances of Alzheimer's Disease

You diet can have a lot of effects on your health.  More health experts are looking into certain diets and their benefits, including the Mediterranean diet, which relies on olive oil.  Now only has olive oil been linked to a healthy lifestyle, it now appears it is a key element in reducing the likeliness of developing Alzheimer's disease and dementia. A recent study at Temple University showed that extra-virgin olive oil sustains cognitive memories, strengthens the brain's ability to hold information. Olive oil is a big part of the Mediterranean diet, which includes fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes and nuts. Replacing butter with healthy fats such as olive oil and canola oil and using herbs and spices instead of salt to flavor foods.
