Coffee Can Lessen The Chance Of Getting A Wine Headache

Wine can cause some pretty throbbing headaches mainly because of the grapes that make it. Grapes contain three headache-inducing ingredients: tannins, sugar, and histamines. Tannins are natural compounds found in grapes that cause dry mouth, while histamines cause headaches, and sugar causes dehydration which can also cause headaches.
