If you've been using a Graco highchair for your child with white with a gold and gray polka dots cushion, stop using it immediately.  36,000 Graco highchairs sold between October 2016 and December 2017 have been recalled. The company has received five complaints of injured children when the highchair fell over when they were in it, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Graco also received 38 reports of cases where the rear leg pivoted out of position. The highchair was sold exclusively at Walmart and the model number is 1969721, which can be found on the underside of the toddlers seat and on the back of the booster seat.
