Waking up in the morning and finding yourself grabbing a slice or two of the pizza you ordered last night.  You could eat it cold but let’s face it, hot pizza just tastes better. But the methods of re-heating have their problems.  Doing it in the microwave can leave it soggy or scalding hot in one spot and ice cold in another.  Re-heating pizza in the oven can dry it out and it does take some time, which feels like forever when you are hungry!  The good news is we've found a way to not only re-heat your slice of pizza in a jiffy but perhaps make it taste even better than when it was hot and fresh!  All you need is a pan, olive oil, a pair of tongs, a lid and a stovetop. Place the pan on the stove and turn the burner on to medium heat. Pour a splash of olive oil in the pan.  Then place the crust side down into the pan.  Using tongs, move it around and fry it for a few seconds until the bottom crust has a golden brown. Then cover the pan with the lid for about a minute until the cheese is melted and voila!  You've got a hot, crunchy and melty piece of pizza that could possibly change your life forever!
