March 9, 2017

If you live in Belleview and want to pay your water bill, report a power outage or find the splash pad hours, it's as simple as downloading the City of Belleview app!  The city has launched the mobile app so residents have a simpler way to access city services, resources and better communicate with each other.  It's the final upgrade to the city's revamped web site, which launched in October.  Now you can access the city calendar of events, report problems, access permits and even pay bills.  The app was created by a company that specializes in web sites and mobile apps for cities. Belleview is the latest city to embrace mobile phone technology, in 2015 the city of Gainesville launched its 311 reporting app where residents an report problems directly to the city. The app is free in iTunes and Google Play.
