Being Single Costs You A Fortune

August 8, 2016

Single and loving it? Emotionally you mid be but your wallet may have a different opinion on the subject.  A recent poll found single adults spend an average of more than $7,500 a year than their coupled counterparts!  That breaks down to a single person spending roughly $20 a day on carry out, restaurants and nights out on the town.  The survey makes sense as single people don't split restaurant bills and generally find it more convenient to eat out rather than dine in. The same survey found on average, single people drink almost three times as much as those with partners.
