Parents battle a common foe, the child who never acknowledges or replies to your texts. Well now there’s an app that forces your child to respond to you, if they wish to continue to use their phone.  The app is called ReplyASAP and it allows you to send text messages that your kids will have no choice but to respond to. Once the app is installed when you send a text, your child's phone's alarm will sound off and keep sounding, until he or she looks at the message. The alarm stops just as a it sends the parents a message that the text has been viewed. So no more "I didn't see your text to come home" excuse for your kids.  The app is for Android with an iOS to be launched soon.  However there are similar apps for iPhone that do the same thing, such as Teen Safe, Ignore No More and Footprints. Unfortunately, these are not free apps with a monthly fee of around $14 to use.
