Add Eggs To Help You Reach Your Summer Body

Although you may not be where you want to be with your summer body, now that summer is here. But rather than give up, perhaps all that is missing is a diet boost and that's where a couple of eggs can do wonders. Before you spend money on expensive supplements and fad diet foods, simply cook up some eggs. While its' known that protein is essential for building lean muscle, some protein bars and snacks might set you back up to $5 a pop, and unlike eggs, they often come with a lengthy ingredients list loaded with artificial flavors and sweeteners. It's ok to enjoy the entire egg, including the yolk as the cholesterol in eggs is not bad for you.  The science is clear that up to 3 whole eggs per day are perfectly safe for healthy people who are trying to stay healthy. Studies show that a protein-rich breakfast can help improve feelings of satisfaction, reduce feelings of hunger, strengthen your immune system, boost your memory and cause you to consume less calories over the course of the day, particularly from high fat, high sugar evening snacks, which leads to weight loss and muscle growth.  So add a couple of eggs for breakfast, lunch or dinner and rejuvenate your self confidence in obtaining your summer body!
