Not only is travel beneficial for over-worked brains to get a bit of relaxation, traveling with friends and family can bring loved ones together. However, it’s estimated that 39 million Americans won’t go on summer vacation this year because they can’t afford it. That's the inspiration for the glamping company, Under Canvas, who introduced its "Pay What You Can" campaign.  The upscale camping outfit with sites from Yosemite and the Grand Canyon to Mount Rushmore and The Great Smoky Mountains will allow some vacationers a chance to go on vacation and pay a price they can afford. To apply, those who wish to pay a reduced price for a glamping experience this summer need to fill out Under Canvas' application online, explaining why they’d like to be selected for a trip, where they would like to go, how many people are in their household, and provide a range of their income. The company will consider all applications and will select families to receive a stay at one of the eight Under Canvas camps, paying only what they can afford. Posh camping accommodations include plush beds outdoors with terraces, sofas and even en-suite bathrooms. Make sure to apply by June 4th for this summer as selected entries will be announced on June 7th. APPLY HERE
