Why should kids only experience the fun of a sleep over?  Adults can once again enjoy the glee of a pajama party as the San Diego Zoo in California offers an Adults-Only Roar & Snore event on select weekends between April and November.  Guests will have access to the zoo from 4:15 in the afternoon through 9:30 the next morning while you discover the secret lives of animals through the kind of information we can only share with no children around, says the experience description. Special behind-the-scenes moments, evening hikes, and face time with critters fierce and friendly.  Pricing options for tent range from $145 to $225 a night which includes food and drink, though there is also a cash bar available for adult beverages. However the zoo does offer family packages for all ages too on separate nights and even offer special travel packages that include airfare. The San Diego Zoo and eh vast majority of zoos, including the Santa Fe College Teaching Zoo, are AZA accredited. That means they meet the standards required for animal care and management, as well as their veterinarian, conservation, and research efforts.
