This weekend wraps up National Park Week, which is celebrated annually by the U.S. Parks Service by offering free admission to every National Park!  All national parks and sites, from Acadia to Zion National Park, will offer free admission on Saturday, April 20. So you can take the family to a day trip to the Canaveral National Seashore in Titusville, The Castillo de San Marcos and Fort Matanzas National Monument in St. Augustine, Fort Caroline National Memorial in Jacksonville and De Soto National Memorial in Bradenton for free. Some other close choices include the Cumberland Island National Seashore and the Fort Frederica National Monument, just across the Florida-Georgia state line. You can search for National Parks online with the Parks Service search tool [CLICK HERE].
