Cooking oil adds flavor to our foods but it is a headache to clean as it splatters all over the cooktop and surrounding countertops and the backsplash.  But you can combat the cooking oil splatters with two ingredients: paper towels and a baking sheet. Oil and water never mix, so take your paper towels and pat down your ingredients dry to reduce splatter.  You can surround your cooking tip with baking pans by simply turning them upside down and around the unused burners and surrounding countertops.  It makes clean up easy with just a few drops of dish soap and wiped dry with a microfiber cloth. An app purpose clean sprayed on the backsplash and left for a few minutes will make clean up beyond easy!
