Break These Habits To Keep Your Breasts From Sagging

Time for a talk with "The Girls." A leading cosmetic surgeon has revealed the bad habits that are making your boobs saggy. While we all know that age mixed with gravity can cause skin tissue to become loose and allow breast tissue to sag, there are some everyday habits that could be making your boobs saggy. For instance, not wearing sunscreen can leave the delicate breast tissue exposed to harmful UV rays, which can lead to premature wrinkles around the breast area and destroy collagen and elastin in your skin. Collagen is a protein that retains the firmness hence, if this is reduced, your boobs can become saggier as the skin loses elasticity. Avoid crash dieting. They send your body into starvation mode, and instead of burning fat it actually signals to your body to store up its fat reserves and to burn lean tissue. The impact of this can cause a loss of muscle as well as the tissues around them, which happens so quickly that your skin doesn’t have enough time to adjust, and the result is sagging skin. Ditching a bra can accelerate saggy breasts too. Wearing a bra supports the breasts and therefore slows down gravity's cruel trick. Finally sleeping on your front or side can have consequences. While sleeping on your stomach can help prevent snoring and sleep apnea (ion adults), it can place added pressure on your breasts and cause premature wrinkling. So give them support if you sleep on your side by placing a pillow under them or preferably sleep on your back.
