Who wants to embark upon an all-expenses paid, week-long, eco-friendly Hawaiian expedition? Who doesn't??? Clean energy company Vivint Solar is in search of someone to take part in its “Eco-Adventure Challenge,” an excursion to Maui that comes with a $4,000 stipend for transportation, lodging and entertainment plus an additional $2,000 as payment. It’s exactly what it sounds like: Get paid to gallivant all over the wonderful Hawaiian Island. The only caveat is that everything you partake in must be environmentally friendly as a way to show that vacationing and going green can co-exist without sacrificing an ounce of fun and relaxation. Applications are open now through November 18th, which must include a 200 word or essay on why you should be picked. Applicants must be over the age of 18, authorized to work in the United States and include creative and engaging ideas for documenting the trip through pictures and videos. You must also have an understanding on how to make environmentally-conscious choices during the vacation and be active on social media. A board of Vivint Solar team members will carefully review each application and select one candidate to carry out the challenge. If selected, you'll have six months to book your travel.
