Call A Sesame Street Or Disney Character For Moral Support

Many of our favorite authors, actors and organizations are stepping up right now to provide resources and emotional support during the coronavirus shutdown. Last week, Sesame Street released Sesame Street: Elmo’s Playdate as part of its new Caring for Each Other initiative. Now they’re giving kids the option to “call” a beloved character for advice about getting through the crisis. Grover and Oscar the Grouch have each recorded messages with helpful advice for kids. One is sweet and uplifting; the other is, well, grouchie! You can listen to the messages online or you can actually call 626-831-9333 to hear the recordings over the phone. Disney has also launched a Disney character hotline, where you can listen to a special goodnight message from Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy or Goofy now through April 30th by calling 1-877-7-MICKEY (877-764-2539) select the character you'd wish to hear. Once you’ve made your selection, a recorded goodnight message from your selected character will play, and then the service will hang up.
