Criminals aren't too fond of a stool pigeon, better known as a police informant.  However a pet parrot in Brazil has been taken into custody after police say it alerted alleged drug dealers of their presence. As police prepared to raid a suspected drug and approached the door, the bird saw them and yelled, "Mamãe, polícia!," Portuguese for “Mama, police!," according to the report. Despite the bird’s efforts to warn its owners, the suspected crack dealers were arrested. However this parrot is no stool pigeon! Police have reportedly attempted without success to make the bird say other phrases, but are met with silence from the bird. The bird has been handed over to a local zoo, where it will be released after learning to fly.
