Election 2020: Become A Poll Worker For Cash

In the world of love, being a registered voter is a big deal. Online matchmaker, OkCupid found out that of over half a million of its users, those who say they're registered voters are 63% more likely to get a match and 85% more likely to receive a message. 76% of the same people said how their date leans politically is very important. Being the election is a big issue this year, many companies are giving their employees the day off to vote. But retailer, Old Navy is taking it a step further by announcing that it will pay store employees for eight hours who serve as poll workers for the 2020 election. This comes after several states face poll worker shortages due to the pandemic as more than half of poll workers in the 2016 election were 60 or older, the same demographic hit hard by the pandemic. So this election, Florida is looking for poll workers and the pay is not bad, with positions paying from $120 to $300, depending on the position and county.
