This time of the year puts a lot of pressure on our package carriers! From the USPS to Fedex and UPS, the ever-growing online shopping and brick-and-mortar stores offering free delivery means there's a chance your package may be delivered late.  While carriers strive to be on time, traffic, weather, or some mistake at the processing level may mean your package will be late. While there's no way to ensure your orders will always arrive as quickly as promised, you can soften the blow of receiving a belated package by getting some of the money you spent on it back and thanks to an app called Paribus, you can get a refund without spending hours on the phone. It works by verifying guaranteed delivery information in your email and receipts. It then tracks your package through UPS, USPS, FedEx, or the retailer's own shipment tracking service. When a package misses its delivery window, Paribus automatically files a claim for a refund, sometimes getting you part or all of your shipping fees back, depending on the retailer. Paribus works with over 25 major retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Nordstrom. While Amazon Prime members may not see this as much of a benefit, your Prime subscription ay be extended due to late deliveries! The free Paribus app is available for Apple products s well as offers a web site.
