Add Yogurt To Butter For Added Flavor

Is it possible to make butter better? The answer is yes!  Believe it or not, by adding a little yogurt you can boost up the flavor of butter. Add two tablespoons of yogurt with four ounces of room temperature butter. Simply mash the butter with a wooden spoon, add the yogurt and continue to mix until smooth. Pop the mixture back in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or so to firm the mixture back up. Then roll it into a ball, gently blotting the excess moisture with a paper towel before wrapping it in parchment paper and returning it to the fridge for another 10 minutes. The yogurt adds a gentle, creamy tang and a bit of substance, which makes it an ideal candidate for dipping.
