The 89th Annual Academy Awards were unveiled Tuesday morning with the Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling musical, La La Land receiving the most nods with a record-tying 14 nominations, which ties Titanic and All About Eve. Moonlight and Hidden Figures tied for the second most nominations.  Missing from the list this year is Deadpool.  The superhero film starring Ryan Reynolds scored zero nominations despite raking in over $300 million in box office receipts.  Another sign of changing times, Amazon received its first ever best picture nomination for "Manchester By The Sea". But the most monumental nomination is one for Hamilton playwright, Lin-Manuel Miranda.  His Best Original Song nomination for "How Far I'll Go" from the Disney animated movie, Moana, puts him in line to be the 13th performer to become an EGOT.  With Emmy, Grammy and Tony Awards already won.  If he wins the Oscar, he'd be the 13th and youngest performer to EGOT, joining Mel Brooks, Whoopi Goldberg, Audrey Hepburn, and others. The Oscars air live on ABC-TV February 26th and hosted by Jimmy Kimmel.
